1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipment

The JARVIS AI Complete Setup Bundle is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped. The purchased materials are delivered electronically after successful payment.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided.

We do not accept returns or refund requests based on:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchase
  • Failure to review the product description before purchasing
  • Personal preferences regarding the content
  • Inability to complete the technical setup when the required system, software, API, or third-party services are incompatible or unavailable

We provide the setup guide and video course to help you follow the JARVIS AI installation and configuration process.

However, JARVIS AI relies on third-party software, APIs, operating systems, services, and technical requirements that may change over time. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every computer, software version, API configuration, or third-party service.

If you experience a genuine issue accessing the purchased digital materials, please contact our support team and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the access or delivery issue.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with your order/payment details. Duplicate transactions may be reviewed and, where applicable, refunded.
